Returns & Refunds
Upon receiving the delivery confirmation email, the delivery of your order is completed. We are not responsible and will not be compensated if your package is lost or stolen and you are unable to receive that package, when you didn't notify us of "Request delivery confirmation with signature."
Return Rules
We ship all items from Mongolia. When returning the items, please ship them back to Mongolia. Customers are responsible for the shipping charge of returning items to Mongolia. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in international shipping. If 14 days have been exceeded since your original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Return and Refund Policy
- You may send your return request with your order number. Please confirm the products are eligible for return; the items must be unworn and same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- After confirming your return request, we will send you the shipping label returning to Mongolia. You’ll be charged for shipping fee when your parcel arrives back at our office.
- A refund will be issued after we receive the item. We refund the balance after deducting the shipping charge.
We Can't Offer Returns And Refunds For Following
- Ordered with a wrong address.
- The package is not in the original condition. In order to be eligible for a return, original tags must remain attached.
- Lost or stolen items after the shipment delivered email is sent to you. We recommend you require your sign for delivery.
- No returns, no refunds or no exchanges on sale (discounted), personalized items, yurts and gifted items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please understand you agree to all our policies when you order.
Additional Information
- Free standard shipping on all international orders over $75 USD.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
- If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. You can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address.
- If you refuse a shipment from KhanSurplus or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to KhanSurplus. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- While we don't require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
